You further agree that you will not submit content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to produce or ship any order that we believe contains inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content, and we are not obligated to provide a detailed explanation for such refusal. In such cases, we will provide a full refund for the affected order.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and other content on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, or other content on the site are entirely accurate, complete, current, or error free. Colors, textures, and finishes of engraved products may appear slightly different in person than they do on your screen due to differences in device displays, lighting, and photography.
